01 / THE CONVICTION

When making becomes easier,
vision matters more.

Generative AI changes who can make a film. Our opportunity is to give singular artists the means to create entire cinematic worlds.

The Maison brings together leading AI tools, artistic support and a distinctive way of presenting the work. Each artist brings an imagination of their own. Our role is to give it room, presence and an audience.

The tools can be shared.
The imagination cannot.

DISTINCT VISIONS. A SHARED MAISON.

ULYA SEM · ONE OF THE MAISON’S ARTISTS

“I don’t want to direct films.
I want to make them
the way a painter makes a painting.”

Ulya Sem embodies one expression of this freedom. The ambition of Pretty Little Movies is to discover and accompany artists, elevate their work and preserve what makes each unmistakably their own.

MANY SIGNATURES.
ONE MAISON.

02 / CREATING VALUE

From creative freedom
to cultural desire.

The film begins the relationship. The Maison gives it a world to belong to.

ARTISTIC AUTHORSHIP

Recognisable before
it is explained.

We champion artists whose characters, images and recurring obsessions form a world of their own. The Maison gives each body of work a considered setting, helping audiences discover an artist and return for the next creation.

Value we aim to build: distinct artistic identities, united by the Maison’s care for the work.

THE COMMERCIAL IDEA

A film can be reproduced.
Its meaning cannot.

Our proposition is that the value of an artistic experience can exceed the cost of reproducing it. AI can give artists more freedom without deciding what the work should be worth.

We intend to build desire through the work itself, critical conversations, distinctive excerpts and selected cultural partnerships. Private occasions give the world a physical presence; digital editions let a wider audience discover the work.

The commercial task is to turn that curiosity into paid discovery, return visits and a lasting relationship with the Maison.

03 / THE COLLECTION

Distinct worlds.
A shared ambition.

One series underway, two further worlds planned. Seasons conceived around 15 episodes, with room for other series and future collections.
